The first worship service on Eleuthera took place in Preacher’s Cave, conducted by Rev. Patrick Copeland, who came here with Captain William Sayles in 1649. Churches here include A.M.E. Church, Anglican, Assembly of Brethren, Baptist, Church of God, Interdenominational, Jehovah's Witnesses, Methodist, Roman Catholic, and Seventh Day Adventist. |
